Recognising that recovery means different things to different people at different times, Mind in the Vale of Glamorgan supports people to identify where they are and where they would like to be.   To this end, we offer our members the opportunity to use the Recovery Star tool.  The Recovery Star is a holistic tool which hopes to address all areas of a person’s life by breaking it down into ten areas.  With reference to a unique scale of one to ten for each area, the individual scores each area, and sets goals in those they would like to improve upon.  This can be reviewed in later months, and allows individuals to chart their progress and take control of their recoveries.

If you feel you could benefit from a recovery star session please call 01446 730792 or email to book an appointment with one of our fully trained team.
