Mind in the Vale are currently working on a pilot project to offer one to one CCI sessions in GPs’ surgeries across the central Vale, in conjunction with Primary Mental Health Support Services (PMHSS)

A CCI is a course of guided self help lasting 6-8 weeks, covering a range of common mental health problems.  This pilot is available for those who have GP based support only.  Your GP in Barry or Sully may be able to refer you for a CCI if they feel it would be suitable for you.
